38th Annual Meeting of the
Atlantic International Chapter of the American Fisheries Society
September 23-25, 2012
Quimby Country Lodge and Cottages
Averill, Vermont

2012 AIC Conference Registration

Please join us for the 38th annual meeting of the Atlantic International Chapter in Vermont's majestic Northeast Kingdom. We're sure you will enjoy connecting with other fisheries professionals from eastern Canada and northern New England while learning of the region's latest fisheries research and enjoying the ambience of an historic fishing lodge.

Lodging will be in Quimby Country's 20 rustic cottages on the shores of Forest Lake (really a large pond). All of the cottages feature comfortable beds in separate bedrooms, daily maid service, wood stoves, and a porch overlooking the pond. Nine cottages also have their own kitchen. Each cottage sleeps anywhere from one to seven people, so feel free to pick your cottage mates beforehand if you like. Meals will be served at the main lodge, which offers wireless internet and complimentary long distance phone calls. Please contact Quimby Country directly to reserve a room (802-822-5533 or quimbyc@together.net). You will pay Quimby Country for all food and lodging (see packages below).

The deadline to register for lodging at Quimby Country is August 28, 2012.
If you cannot register by that deadline, please contact John Magee at 603-271-2744 or john.a.magee@wildlife.nh.gov.

Meeting registration fees will be paid directly to AIC:
  • AFS Members: US $30
  • Non-AFS Members: US $35
  • Students: US $20

The registration fee can be paid by mailing a check (payable to "AIC") to John Magee, the AIC Secretary/Treasurer. If you cannot pay by August 28, please contact John Magee at john.a.amgee@wildlife.nh.gov or 603-271-2744. If you cannot pay by check, please contact John and he can set up a PayPal payment method. This is not our preferred payment option because there is a 3% charge to the AIC on all PayPal transactions.
