wildlife conservation and related recreational and educational

fund appropriations in the bill.

- This
bill will prevent diversions of water from the Great Lakes
Basin
- The
agreement with all 8 Great
Lakes States, plus Ontario and Quebec, will set up water use monitoring
and decision-making processes for future uses.
