AFS Piscicide ClassesThe 4 ½-day training course stresses public involvement, safety, planning, & application techniques from the recently released AFS Rotenone SOP Manual. The course was developed to meet the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency reregistration requirements that rely on the label and standard operating procedures for the piscicides, rotenone & antimycin. Participants receive a copy of the new Rotenone SOP Manual, and successful completion of a final exam will give the participant a certificate of completion. Currently scheduled courses:The Rotenone Stewardship Program is made possible, in part, due to a grant from the Rotenone Task Force (Foreign Domestic Chemicals Corporation and Prentiss Incorporated).
